Banku

Okro soup
This is arguably the most famous Ewe dish. It is mainly made of okra, spinach, crayfish, meat, and egusi and is normally served with banku.

Grilled tilapia
Although grilled tilapia on its own is served all over Ghana, it is part of Ewe culture to serve the dish with banku and "pepper"(a blend of onions, tomatos and scotch bonnet peper). The grilled
